I am building with boutique homes so they offer a reduced deposit if you are doing finance from Resolve finance. This was my primary reason to give them a go and i am glad i did. I was initially working with a consultant but close to the settlement i was told that he has resigned and his cases are handed over to another consultant 'Christine'. I was very shocked on hearing that and was worried on the relability of the conversations and discussions i had with the previous consultant. Was he just saying everything is good because he was leaving and what will be the new person present and perceive off my application and not sure how experienced the new person is.
