Our broker was Claudia Johnston. To say Claudia went above and beyond is an understatement. Our journey to obtain a mortgage and get out of renting is far from straight forward. We have sufficient income to service a loan, but nowhere near a sufficient deposit to avoid LMI and live in the area we want. Also, we are still in the process of finalising a parter visa for by longterm girlfriend, which complicates things somewhat. Lenders have so many different rules about what they require and we seemed to have at least one thing which made getting into our own place problematic. There are so many lenders and so many differing requirements and we decided to try a mortgage broker. This is where Claudia at Lendable came in. Claudia gathered all the facts from us and also where we were looking to live and then investigated options from multiple lenders. She literally saved us many, many hours of work and the stress that goes with it.
