Colin tried to trick me into using a specific bank when I was seeking an home loan, and they provided a valuation on the property which would have required me to pay mortgage insurance. I knew the owner who provided evidence that the land valuation was understated so that I would be forced to pay this insurance. When I tried to consult further with Colin about this, he ‘disappeared’. I used another more reputable broker.
