Did not bother to get back to me - Sent an online application & had a good initial chat indicating there was a range of products to suit my needs. Spent time sending through all the documents, then SILENCE for weeks. Huge waste of time contacting him numerous times over the next few weeks. Still haven't heard from him. My advice is to spend your precious time with someone professional who at least has the courtesy to reply to a simple email or phone call, even if they are unable to help further.
