Jumping into a mortgage at a mature age is not easy. Daisy Stephens made my dream come true. She held my hand and guided me through the process making what seem unachievable happen. Her communication skills and attention to detail outstanding. She even picked up the slack when the conveyencers were being tardy. Pleasing to be able to relax throughout what should be a fun experience. First time switching home loans, I can say I feel a percentage point smarter. Talking to Daisy, I said I wanted to be given time and facts to help with my decision. I was unsure what was out there, but confident if I found the right person I would make a nice choice. I can say I was never pushed or coerced, and was spoken to in down to earth terms. Additionally, I learnt more about my homeloan this time around. However, I am happiest because I believe Daisy will directly field my questions in the future. Given a breakdown of three choices, over several months, Daisy never missed a beat (unlike me). Customer service could improve, don't remember who I spoke to on one occasion. Overall, I feel great.
