Dalym handled my initial mortgage loan and refinancing to get an additional loan a year after. A gentle and patient person, he thoroughly explained to me the ins and outs of an otherwise complicated task given the many lender banks out there and the many different types of loans. Fixed, variable, offset, lenders mortgage insurance, interest-only loan, bank valuation, bank fees etc. He gave recommendations on what steps to be taken to ensure I can secure the property that I wanted. Being a newbie, he even went out of the way to advise what the normal steps are when bidding for a property and settling a loan - mortgage broker vs real estate agent vs conveyancing lawyer. Every step of the way, Dalym kept me informed of the status of the loan applications. He always responded timely and that had definitely kept me from having anxiety attacks. He was also always very accomodative in terms of conversing and meeting me at times convenient to me - definitely a plus given you do not want to take leave from work to consult with your mortgage broker. Dalym also took time to know what my personal circumstances are to suggest the best possible type and combination of mortgage loan to take, especially when I had issues in getting a 20% downpayment. Can't recommend Dalym enough.
