If I could give 10 out of 5, I would! We purchased two properties with Damon, and after dealing with multiple brokers in the past — some great and some honestly terrible — Damon has been the best. He delivered everything he promised, and then exceeded our expectations every single time! The level of proactive efforts, and support was the best. Despite complexity of the investment portfolio involving multiple trusts which other brokers find difficult to navigate (3 brokers I found was having difficulty navigating this!), Damon handled it like it was effortless. He even knows which property (note the complete address) is to which trust - I truly am impressed! He studies every possible angle so you can maximise your borrowings. He always stayed calm, proactive, and solution-focused throughout the entire process. No investment journey is small or big for him. He helps out our first home buyer friends and treasured them as much as he treasured us. No matter how big or small the loan amount you 're looking for, he gives his absolute best and finest attention to details. There were times where he even arranged for the bank to personally contact the agent to reassure them that everything was in place, which gave everyone confidence and kept things moving smoothly. That level of initiative and commitment is incredibly rare. I'm quite impressed. I pride myself in having Damon! I would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a broker who is reliable, hardworking, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond for his clients.
