With a background in litigation law and three years recruiting in financial services, I've seen how confusing property and finance can be.
I've helped place professionals across financial planning, mortgage broking, accounting, insurance, property and fintech - giving me unique insights into what works (and what doesn't) in this industry.
My journey to mortgage broking wasn't typical.
As both a former lawyer and recruitment consultant, I learned that success comes from three things: clear communication, genuine relationships, and creative problem-solving.
Speaking with hundreds of brokers taught me something crucial: this industry needs more authentic connections and less corporate jargon.
