It's taken me a few goes to write this review, it's pretty hard to put into words how amazing a team is when the end result leaves you lost for words. I'd given up all hope on buying a first home for myself and family, that was until I took a punt and rang the number for Coffs Coast Finance, Dan answered and we got chatting away, having been burnt from many attempts before and rubbish numbers I explained to Dan I don't trust anything or anyone anymore, Dan put me in contact with some amazing people from his team, Daniel and Mandy who got working on the application right away, most of the application was pretty simple as I had 80% of what was required in paperwork needed, anything that wasn't simple or was a little bit off understanding, was absolutely no issues for any of this team to explain. Dan being the front row of his team, very polite, friendly, willingness to return calls and every conversation felt like Dan was a member of my family or my best mate, attention to communication is next level, customer service amazing 🙌 Daniel and Mandy a lot more going on behind the scenes than people will give them credit for, whilst very quiet and laying low in the back ground, through emails they are very very thorough and informative, Fast forward 3 months and I am now a very proud owner of my first home! Very trusting in Dan and his team and couldn't highly recommend them enough, the numbers are definitely better here, and I can't wait to do my next application with them. It's a credit to Dan in how he manages his business and I can see why his success is leading well above the rest. Well done team 👏
