As an award-winning mortgage adviser with a keen interest in property, Daniel has helped hundreds of clients fulfil their finance and property goals.
In 2005, Daniel’s first property purchase set him on the path to a career in mortgage broking. ‘After 15 years in the industry, I am still passionate about helping my clients invest in property to build their wealth,’ he says.
He is still an active investor, and the knowledge and experience he has gained while building his own portfolio informs his mortgage advisory service. He understands the challenges and difficulties that clients can face, and how these can be overcome, and is dedicated to negotiating loans that meet his customers’ needs over the short and long term.
Through Smartline, a part of the realestate.com.au family owned by REA Group, Daniel’s clients benefit from the expertise and resources that come from being part of a large national group. ‘With such a wide range of loan products and structures available, an essential part of my role is to help my clients clearly understand all their options so they can make an informed choice,’ he says.
Daniel’s strong finance knowledge and commitment to providing outstanding customer service have seen him recognised with numerous awards, including Customer Service awards, Rookie of the Year, Mortgage Adviser of the Year and the Smartline Business Growth Award 2019. He has also been listed by Mortgage Professional Australia as a Top 100 broker.
