If you are a first home buyer/builder like I was and have no experienced or idea of what the process is and whether or not you think a mortgage broker is a good option then here is my personal experience with Daniel and the team at Resolve Finance and the only reason I didn't lose my mind along the way. They are bloody good at what they do and the service that they provide was by far the most valuable to me throughout the entire experience and its a service that does not cost you! Daniel came highly recommended to me through a family friend and after my own personal experiences with him I now know why! I knew what to do and how to do it in order to keep my application moving forward at all times because they break it down for you step by step and give you everything you need to understand and complete the application process. When it came to anything that was required of me from builders, banks, land owner, lawyers or any other random people that needed endless signatures and paperwork Daniel was all over it so that everything was done correctly and without delay.
