Dan Liao is Principal Strategist and Mortgage Broker at Mortgage Choice South Brisbane. He spent a decade in senior lending roles in corporate banking before building this business. He knows exactly how banks assess and approve loans, because he used to make those decisions. That knowledge now works for his clients.

Every client starts with a strategy session where Dan maps their full financial position and shows them exactly what is possible. His team of nine then manages every detail of execution and continues reviewing each client's position, every twelve months or as often as necessary post-settlement to make sure the strategy keeps working as life changes.
