About Daniela Greening

👋Hi everyone, I’m Daniela Greening, a Mortgage broker with over 12 years of experience. I run Olive Tree Finance based in Surrey Hills.

At Olive Tree Finance, I work with a lot of families, professionals, and investors across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. But a big part of my heart is supporting women going through separation. It can be such a tough time—financially, emotionally, and personally—and often the first question is, “Can I keep my home?” or “What’s possible for me now?” I assist women with the right advice and help them step forward with confidence before, during and after the separation.

For me, it’s never just about the transaction. My philosophy is “client for life.” I want to be there when someone buys their first home, refinances, and again years later when they’re building wealth or helping their kids into property.

Outside of finance, I’m really involved in my local wider community and value the sense of purpose that this provides outside of work.

So when I talk about Olive Tree Finance, it’s not just about mortgages. It’s about transformation, empowerment, and helping people—especially women—see what’s possible when they take control of their finances and future.
