She was very patient with all the questions that I had and went over and above her role to help me whenever she could. She expedited my Loan quickly and efficiently (Something Aussie Home Loans failed to do). In a tricky situation, she was all about solutions. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Unfortunately, the same could not said for her superior, Darren, Who was evidently very frustrated with my questions (perhaps because he didn’t know the answer to some of them). It was disappointing to be advised by him via phone something to the effect of: What are you going to do if you don’t like the answers to these questions? This is the only lender that will approve you? So to clarify, the five star rating is reserved solely for Sian and her stellar customer service. If I had the ability to rate Darren separately, it would reflect something very different.
