When I first started looking into getting a property loan, I felt a little overwhelmed and honestly wasn’t sure if I’d be able to make it happen. From the first conversation I had with David , I felt like I finally had someone in my corner. He took the time to really understand my situation, never made me feel judged, and treated me like more than just another client. There were a few moments where we had some hoops to jump through , but every time, he reassured me, kept pushing, and somehow found a way forward. What meant the most to me was that you could tell he genuinely cared ,checking in regularly( sometimes daily) to explain everything in simple terms, and always made time for me no matter how many questions I had. I never felt like I was being rushed or brushed off. I truly felt like he wanted this outcome for me just as much as I did. Also I should mention that his Wollongong correspondent Marko was very punctual and professional and guided me through the final stages of my loan application incredibly thoroughly . He really took the time to explain everything to us in layman's terms, which we appreciated so much. He handled pretty much everything for us from start to finish and was always available to answer questions, no matter how small. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him.
