I've used a number of mortgage brokers in the past, but hands down these guys are the best with their thoroughness and attention to detail. David was very responsive and professional, he answered all my questions patiently (and I had so many of them). He was able to run through several scenarios that helped us make decisions on what to do next (keep apartment as a rental or sell?). When we found a house sooner than we anticipated, he prioritised our application and we got loan pre-approval a day before the auction!
