He was always kind, patient, and explained everything very clearly (impressive considering how little I went in knowing). He also made the process exciting and worked tirelessly at every stage to have things ready from pre-approval to settlement. I was never worried or confused as he consistently kept me up to date on progress, completed every step almost supernaturally quickly, and was always on point proactively knowing when and how things needed to be done. He gave great recommendations and I trusted him to do everything he could to support me. I went with him off a recommendation from a friend and will in turn be recommending him to others.
