We were in the market for conveyancing services and a simple google search brought up Rescomm. Upon contacting them on phone, we found that they were quite responsive and a quote, which itself was quite reasonable was issued in no time by Deanna. Deanna then became our go-to person for all liaisons with the other party's solicitors, the real estate agents, settlement agents and also the bank where matters required expertise and due diligence from a solicitor. Overall, the experience seemed pretty seamless due to the ease of execution, Deanna's knowledge, their convenient location and most importantly their client-relationships.
