I’ve spent decades in finance — and if there’s one thing experience has taught me, it’s that no two mortgage journeys are ever the same.

People come to me at all stages of life: buying their first home, building, renovating, or investing for the future. What they’re usually feeling underneath the paperwork is uncertainty — and my role is to help them move through that with clarity and confidence.

I don’t rush decisions. I take the time to explain what actually matters, answer questions as they arise, and guide clients through the process in a way that feels human, not overwhelming.

After over 35 years in finance and 27 years as a Mortgage Broker, I’ve seen what works — and what doesn’t. I bring that lived experience into every conversation, adapting solutions to fit the person in front of me rather than forcing them into a standard box.

My clients know I’m here for the long game. They leave informed, supported, and confident in the choices they’ve made — which is why many return year after year, and often refer the people they care about most.

Outside of work, I value time with my family, travel, and new experiences — the same sense of balance and flexibility I help my clients create financially.

We had such a great experience working with Debra and honestly can’t recommend her highly enough. Our situation was a little different as we were helping our daughter secure a loan for her first piece of land, so it wasn’t your typical straightforward home loan. From the very beginning she took the time to really understand our situation. She even came out to our home to sit down with us, go through everything properly, and help us work out the best way forward. What really stood out was how available and responsive she was. Whether it was evenings, weekend, random questions, or things we didn’t quite understand, nothing was ever too hard. Every question was answered clearly and patiently.
