I cannot recommend NineTen Finance highly enough - in particular, I want to give a huge shout-out to Emma for the incredible support she has given my wife and me. We recently secured finance for two investment properties back-to-back, during an extremely challenging period with tight deadlines and changes following the recent Australian Federal Budget, including the complexities around investment property purchases and buying through an SMSF. There were several points during the process where I genuinely thought we were not going to be able to complete the borrowing and settlement process before the relevant deadlines. However, Emma was absolutely phenomenal throughout - she was patient, knowledgeable, persistent and incredibly supportive. Whenever something got stuck, Emma would follow up with the relevant parties and keep things moving. I have probably pestered Emma more times than I care to admit for updates, and I have asked her plenty of good, bad and probably completely unnecessary questions! 😄 Despite that, she has never once lost her patience, and has always taken the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly and handhold me through whatever was required. The fact that both investment properties have now successfully settled is a huge relief, and NineTen Finance and Emma played a massive part in making that happen. Based on how great my recent experience has been, I wouldn't go anywhere else for finance now.
