Avoiding auction also removed a lot of stress, and their negotiation skills and relationships made a clear difference. On the finance side, Hagen, Jason, Jo and the team were just as impressive - proactive, detail-oriented, and always available to explain things clearly. Their follow-through with the lender and support leading into settlement made the process feel smooth and under control. Overall, the entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on achieving the best outcome. What could have been a stressful and uncertain process felt structured and well-managed the whole way through. I couldn’t have done this without them and would highly recommend FINR Advisory to anyone looking for a team that knows what they’re doing and actually delivers.
