Dhiraj Bharwad is the founder and principal broker at Uloans Finance, an asset and commercial finance brokerage based in Pakenham and working with clients across Australia. He specialises in funding the vehicles, equipment and working capital that businesses depend on to operate and grow.

His clients are business owners, sole traders, tradies and transport operators. That includes owner-operators financing a prime mover, construction businesses funding excavators and yellow goods, trades buying utes and tools, and established businesses arranging commercial property, development funding or a facility to smooth out cashflow. Each of those sits in a different lending category with different policy, and knowing where a deal belongs before it goes anywhere is what keeps the process moving.

His approach starts with how the business actually runs. Seasonal income, contract cycles, ABN age, existing equipment commitments and what the asset needs to earn all shape which lender and which structure make sense.
