We moved 4 years ago from New Zealand and we don’t know anyone. Back then, finding a perfect place is hard to find especially we don’t know where to start. I tried to go to the bank directly and instantly, I was declined as I didn’t have a credit history. We meet Charmine through Dixie Morante, meeting this duo is like history, you ended up making a story. Initially, we were contemplating to meet Charmine as we a bad experience with the bank, when we finally meet, the talk was just spontaneous and we felt at ease. Charmine knows her craft, she give us so much advices with what to do and where to start. Charmine helped us to get our first home. She took time to explain, very patiently answers all our questions/concerns, never judging and even encouraged us not to stop in one house but eventually venture into investment property once finances allows. Charmine, Diana, Rebecca and Colbi from Vision Homes back then, were all part of our journey during the process of purchasing our first home. All are equally generous in accommodating our questions, fears and worries in obtaining our loan. Thank you Ladies.
