Ardent recently helped with a loan to fund my acquisition of another financial planning business. With the bank I was placed with, they secured me a 1.35% cheaper rate then what I was already on. They took the stress away and did all the heavy lifting and negotiating, including writing a risk paper. I knew they were good, but I saw the banker at a private function, who quietly told me that drago and vic are very good and quite possible some of the best he has dealt with. The risk paper they presented was so detailed, that it almost got an immediate approval. Good job team. Highly recommended
