I have been researching property companies for about 18 months whilst I was waiting for some capital to come in. I found Caifu on Facebook and was interested though reserved and sceptical, as all property investment companies seem dodgy. Following 3 phone interviews where we supplied Caifu our earnings, our mortgages, our expenses and investments as well as asking them any questions we had including the blunt ones about our scepticism we found ourselves won over. They were very genuine, polite, patient and thoroughly answered all of our questions in a manner we could understand. They were open and honest about whether they could help us (they ask all the financial questions at the beginning to calculate figures to determine if we're serviceable with their process) and very clear on the investment process including all costs, contracts, land developments, everything. We spent a total of two hours discussing the entire process, how it would benefit us, and our conservative expectations. Caifu's staff and especially Drew were extremely informative, up-front and honest about what we should expect. They have a fully refundable deposit should you not wish to proceed following the finance meeting where everything is laid out. I would most certainly recommend Caifu to my family and friends.

We have recently completed our first build through Caifu. Duplex completed as planned, builder was well chosen, process was generally stress free and property tenanted within 1 week of completion. Equity upside was not as high as expected though is providing good yield with upside expected following subdivision. We cannot recommend the Caifu team highly enough as they supported us with access to an extensive team to simplify the end-to-end process.
