I’ve been in the finance world for almost a decade, and in that time, I’ve grown a real passion for helping people feel confident and supported every step of the way. Over the years, I’ve experienced firsthand what it’s like to go through the process of buying and selling property. I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re unsure about certain steps, and I’ve seen how differently brokers, real estate agents, and conveyancers operate and communicate. Pair that with my professional experience — not only as a mortgage broker but also as Head of Broker Support and a Product Manager for a major aggregator — and it’s given me a pretty unique perspective on what great service really looks like.
