Teejay was the broker who led us through the paperwork that was required for our application for a home loan. On meeting he was very warm, welcoming, friendly and professional and I found that relaxing considering I hate dealing with finances but found his easy going personality made it enjoyable to get through it. He kept us updated on the progress of our application every step of the way and was very responsive whenever I had questions, dumbing things down in common terms to make the process understandable. He found the best loan options and finance that suited me. I got my pre approval within a couple of weeks of enquiring and my formal approval in only a week!
