Hi, I’m Emma Rotstein! I’m a Melbourne-based mortgage broker with a background as unique as my approach. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Neuroscience, a Cert IV in Financial Services, and a Diploma in Mortgage Services, which I combine with real-world experience to make finance feel accessible, not overwhelming.

Before becoming fully qualified in 2023, I spent seven years as an executive assistant to one of Australia’s top brokers. These days, I work alongside my parents, both experienced brokers with over 40 years of combined industry knowledge, blending generational wisdom with my own fresh, down-to-earth perspective.

I’m especially passionate about helping first home buyers feel supported and empowered throughout their journey. I also specialise in self-employed lending, investment loans, and asset and motor vehicle finance. My clients know me for my warm, approachable style, and my commitment to offering clear advice, personalised support, and absolutely no jargon.

We honestly can’t recommend Emma highly enough. We were incredibly stressed going into our refinance and didn’t really know where to start, but Emma made the entire process feel easy from day one.
