Eric Ng -- A broker who's genuinely there when it counts He was the only broker who actively answered questions in the community chat when the federal budget changes were announced on 12 May 2026 by Treasurer Jim Chalmers. I really appreciated him taking the time to clarify things and help me understand what the changes actually meant for me. Then on 26 June, Westpac updated their calculations following the budget, and it affected my borrowing capacity right while I was travelling to Warrnambool by train. He jumped on it straight away and helped me find an alternative lender so my purchase could keep moving. What I value most is that he doesn't overpromise. He gives you the straight facts and the reality of your situation, but always with a sense of hope. He won't promise you the moon — but he consistently over-delivers. His property calculators, both the old and new versions, have also been a huge help. They gave me the confidence to make offers on properties I was considering. On top of all that, he's super responsive and answers questions right away. Overall, a broker who shows up, tells you the truth, and backs it up with real support when things get complicated.
