Eri Pengc is a Partner and Senior Finance Broker at Fit Finance. He holds an International Business Degree, a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management and is a Certified Professional Ex Banker.

With over 15 years in the finance industry, including 13 years with a major Australian bank, Eric brings strong experience across residential lending, commercial finance, SMSF lending, specialised lending and equipment finance. During his banking career, he worked across Retail Banking, Credit Fulfilment, Equipment Finance and Commercial Banking, including roles as a QLD Small Business BDM in the Third Party division and Senior Commercial Relationship Executive.

Eric has helped a broad range of clients, from first home buyers and property investors through to high net worth clients, developers, small businesses and emerging corporate customers. He has assisted with everything from simple home loans through to more complex lending structures, including residential lending exposures above $20m and commercial lending facilities from entry-level transactions through to more than $40m in lending. His experience includes new purchases, refinances and loan restructures across residential, commercial, SMSF, specialised lending and equipment finance.

Eric is particularly experienced in commercial property investment, business finance and health sector lending. He has a strong specialty in the medical, dental and broader healthcare industry, assisting health professionals with everything from standard home lending and practice finance through to more complex lending structures for senior clinicians, specialists and healthcare business owners.

His experience spans industries such as transport, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, mining, engineering services, healthcare and professional services. He has also worked with major global franchisors and franchisees, as well as larger emerging corporate clients with annual revenues exceeding $250m.
