Avoid at all costs. They created a great portfolio plan but did not follow through with their own plan. Their communication is terrible and has lacked due diligence in property selection. As experienced property investors, we have been disappointed with the process and end result. Some additional information to add to this review. Despite an email to Ewan Ramsey outlining our concerns, unlike other fortunate clients who had some of their contributions refunded, we have not had any communication from Mr. Ramsey nor any offer to refund the $28k we sunk into this company to acquire one property (still not meeting their expected returns). Further, according to the polished plan presented, we should have acquired three properties for the $28k invested. They even had the audacity to say that they "not only met, but exceeded their contractual committments".
