About Gail Roots

Gail Roots is an experienced mortgage broker based in Mackay, with over 20 years’ of experience helping clients across the country get access to the best loans from a range of lenders. She started her career over 25 years ago in the finance industry as a bank teller before moving into the Lending industry working as a Loans Administrator, Loan Writer and Lending manager. This holistic experience means she is well placed to help you navigate the lending process and avoid any pitfalls along the way.

As the owner of First Choice Home Loans Qld, Gail is proud of her family run business and consider herself to be a broker who listens to your needs to find the best possible loan for you whether it’s your first home loan, next loan or an investment loan. Gail Roots focuses on providing personal service and finance solutions for home buyers and investors, where ever you may be.
