Gary Owen is an excellent choice! I approached him after things did not work out with my previous financial advisor. I interviewed 2 other brokers before I decided to do business with him. He listened carefully to what I needed and gave me his best advice without disparaging the previous person. Gary is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. He has won numerous awards but is very unassuming. He provided a comprehensive explanation without unnecessary jargon or being patronising. He provided me with a comparative analysis of the different options available to me from a range of lenders, which no one else had done. He followed up our discussion on the following business day with a written summary that I could peruse at my convenience. He was fully present during our meeting and answered all my questions. Choosing him was a no- brainer. Once I had submitted all the required documentation, he arranged the pre-approval within 24 hours. When I found a property I needed to act very quickly and my mortgage was approved within 24 hours. I requested a change and that was actioned within 24 hours. Gary was also very generous in offering advice related to the purchase but not the mortgage per se. He truly supported me every step of the way and was phenomenal in responding promptly to emails. I truly appreciate Gary's professionalism, efficiency and kindness. I highly recommend his services.
