Gautam's journey to becoming a mortgage broker was fuelled by personal experiences. After losing money on his first property, he wished he had known better. His previous broker had not inquired about his objectives or provided sufficient education on loan structures, resulting in higher interest rates and significant fees paid to the banks over the years. Focusing on the positive, Gautam channeled his thoughts into becoming a mortgage broker to help people find the right loan that suits their current needs and future goals.
