We recently used 3D Finance for the finance on our investment property purchase and had an excellent experience. George was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. He took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve, worked through the available lending options with us and helped structure the finance appropriately for an investment property rather than simply focusing on getting an approval. We ultimately proceeded with Macquarie, with an interest-only investment loan and offset facility that suited the strategy we were looking for. The whole finance process was handled professionally and we always felt comfortable that we understood where things stood and what was required from us. Our settlement also became considerably more drawn out than originally expected for reasons outside the finance process, so having the lending side organised and under control was particularly appreciated. George was knowledgeable, approachable and easy to deal with, and we would happily use 3D Finance again for future property purchases. Highly recommended and an easy 5 stars from us.
