I had my first home loan brokered by Gerardo Pujado. He was absolutely amazing with walking me through the whole process and was very patient with explaining it all to me. The whole process also felt very seamless. Initially before starting, I was very overwhelmed and not even sure I could get a home loan, let alone at a good rate and borrowing. However, after walking it through with him, I felt very reassured and ended up very confident about my loan. He recommended lots of great and varied product options, and I felt I made a very informed decision on who to go with. He is very transparent and has a lot of integrity to ensure that I make the best informed decision I can. He has got the best interests of the client at heart and even after settlement he still frequently follows up to ensure I am happy with the home and my loan settings, which makes me confident that he's with me for the long haul and not just for that one loan.
