I had a great experience working with Gokhan throughout the entire process. He was extremely helpful from start to finish and always kept me up to date with what was happening and what the next steps were. Whenever I had any questions or needed an update, he would immediately follow up with the bank and chase things up on my behalf. He was always responsive and made sure any questions, updates or changes were dealt with quickly. This was particularly helpful during settlement. I was receiving very little communication or updates directly from the bank about how things were progressing, but he continually followed up with them and kept me informed of all the details. It gave me a lot of reassurance knowing that he was staying on top of everything and keeping me updated throughout such an important part of the process. I also entered the wrong direct debit details on my loan agreement, and as soon as I let him know, he immediately contacted the bank and had it rectified for me. Having someone so proactive and responsive throughout the entire process made everything much easier and took a lot of the stress out of getting the loan finalised. I really appreciated all his support and communication and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and proactive mortgage broker. Thanks again for all your help!
