Surprisingly had a terrible experience with Loanstudio. Half way through our loan application our broker went on holiday which was completely understood, what happened after that was nothing short of disappointing. We were palmed off to another broker, which we soon found out was operating out of the UK. Every time the bank needed spmething from us there was a 24++ hour delay because both the brokers were on a different time line. The whole pre approval process ended up taking over 3.5 weeks, and trying to call there hotline gets you nowhere. They are always too busy to answer and you have to leave a message. In the end we went through another broker who got the pre approval done in 3 DAYS! Eventually I had a chat with the owner Grant who was extremely nice however the whole experience for us was exhausting and by that point it was too late. We had missed out on multiple houses. Hoping my experience changes the whole overseas broker thing going on here.
