We received help from Guy Curtis at Clarity with purchasing our first home, and the process of applying for a mortgage with Guy was incredibly easy and he made the process a lot less stressful for us. Guy explained the process of applying for a mortgage loan and buying our first property clearly and was always more than happy to answer any additional questions we had. We were able to leave a lot with Guy to do on our behalf and didn't have to worry about missing any documents as he made sure everything was in order for us. Guy also checked in regularly while we were looking at houses and while we were waiting for our settlement to let us know what was happening on his side of things. Will definitely reach out again for any future mortgage loan related matters and I couldn't recommened Guy or Clarity more!
