Our experience started off exceptionally well thanks to Daniel Mcnabb. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. He guided us through the home loan process, kept us informed every step of the way, and successfully helped us get our construction loan approved. We couldn't fault his service. Unfortunately, after Daniel left, our file was handed over to Hamish, and our experience changed completely. Communication became almost non-existent. We went for around three months without any updates unless we chased them ourselves. During the construction phase, I ended up uploading all of our progress invoices directly to the bank to ensure they were paid, which I understood should have been managed by our broker. Building a home is already a stressful process, and having little to no communication or support made it much more difficult than it needed to be. We felt forgotten. Daniel set a very high standard of customer service, but unfortunately that level of service was not maintained after our file was transferred. I hope Aussie Home Loans reviews how existing clients are supported when their broker leaves, because no customer should feel like they have to manage the process on their own.
