Oh my gosh, where do I start and what can I say? I don’t think there is enough room here to leave a review of what I actually think of Find a Loan and Hannes and Chelsea and the team I first came to Find a Loan 2 1/2 years ago when I wanted to buy my dream car and other lenders either mucked me around or told me straight up, they couldn’t do the loan My personal circumstances and work requirements are not straightforward , so I needed someone who was creative thought outside the box and willing to go to the distance and not give up on a challenge I was just about to give up when I found an ad on Facebook Advertising Hannes services I decided to send him an inquiry and was expecting not to hear back from him until weeks later like every other broker To my surprise within 10 minutes, I had a phone call from him personally which honestly surprised me After running past my personal situation with him and sending all my documents, I kid you not in less than a couple of days I had an approval in principal From start to finish was less than a week and I picked up my Dream car! Since then, I have done two more applications with Hannes and the Find a Loan team and they have been nothing but exceptional! I have even referred and recommended many of my work colleagues and friends over to them, which they have also delivered the high level of customer service that I have experienced If you are looking for someone with no BS, honesty, great service and communication and willing to go above and beyond and not give up then this is the only Broker you need to talk to hands down! PS Hannes is also a really cool guy who’s into European craft beer, German sausages, cheese and running midnight mountain marathons. And he’s a big BMW fan who actually knows what an indicator is.
