A little backstory: I was under the government’s shared equity scheme (for healthcare workers) and I wanted to leave my current lender who was overseeing my account. Little did I know, exiting the scheme and refinancing would be a very, VERY, long and stressful process. Henry reached out to my husband and I about refinancing our property around end of June. We begun the whole process to get me out of the scheme - Henry was an absolute legend and godsend throughout this process. Kept us updated, communicated and gave us info every step of the way and HELPED US SO MUCH - honestly this guy is amazing. Crashing out? No worries, he will take the lead, minimise the stress and keep you sane. Any questions? He was always there, available when we needed him. We had numerous speed bumps and complications along the way with the lender, at times I wanted to give up but Henry encouraged us to push through as we were nearly there. Fast forward to today, we are in the process of finalising settlement and I am exiting the scheme, leaving the lender. Yay!! THANK YOU SO MUCH Henry and your team. This was an extremely difficult case and you guys worked so hard. We are extremely appreciative and grateful.
