I'm a spreadsheet guy and loved that she sat down with us and ran the numbers a few times so we could make decisions on how much we were comfortable affording - even if technically we could borrow more. She was so patient and answered everything clearly. I had never used a mortgage broker before and was a little skeptical about using on that was based in North Lakes, QLD but it turned out fine (We bought in Yarraville, Victoria). Everything went smoothly even when we settled both properties on the same day. We hear from her regularly and have developed a friendship of sorts, its really nice to know we can go to her and she's in our corner for all things home related. We bought our family home but will consider using her for investments in the future. We're actually about to refinance with her in the coming few months as our home value has appreciated. Highly recommend, wouldn't go anywhere else, Victoria, Queensland or anywhere in Australia really. She literally can (and does) do it all.
