After being told we couldn't obtain a loan as I was on income protection a friend referred me to Hunter at Basalt Financial group - not only was Hunter able to get us a loan but we then had an extremely long drawn-out settlement process and Hunter guided us through multiple valuations, approvals and even assisted us to change banks when our circumstances changed. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his communication is second to none. He made what was a stressful scenario much easier knowing he was always two steps ahead.
