A few months ago I was looking on the internet for mortgage brokers in Perth as we wanted to buy a house ( we'd been renting for a number of years). Aussie Homes at Mt Lawley caught my attention, mainly because they were close by and their reviews were so positive and helpful. I rang them immediately and the lovely Charmaine answered. She was so friendly and helpful I knew I was onto the right place to help with the process of getting a home loan. Both Charmaine & Ignatius go out of their way to be friendly, helpful & efficient. Even though it was a bit of a process to get our paperwork together Charmaine & Ignatius were always patient & always answered our (sometimes) silly questions. I wouldnt go anywhere else. We got our home loan through in good time and someone else (Charmaine) worried about the paperwork. Charmaine is the sweetest person & Ignatius has a wicked sense of humour! Thankyou so so much to you both for the help & kindness you have shown us & for getting us the home loan & ultimately the house we wanted. As an added bonus they helped to put us in touch with other services we needed. Without a doubt this is the best place to go if you are wanting help with a home loan. Don't delay...go see them now. Absolutely recommend. Not only do they provide good advice, but they work quickly and professionally. No messing around, if you give them what they need immediately, they are straight onto the next phase of the process. I got finance approval in 8 days by giving them all the information immediately and completing each step ASAP when they needed something from my end, made it all super smooth in the end. They are also good at explaining the process to people who haven't done it before. They were also available at short notice for phone calls to clarify things during the negotiation process with the vendor which helped me a lot in some stressful moments.
