I first started using Mortgage Navigators in August 2012, when the bank let me down at the last moment. Had it not been for Mortgage Navigators, I would have lost the land that I was buying. In 2016 Mortgage Navigators helped me again with the finance for building my house as an owner builder on the land. This year they have saved me again, by arranging for the refinancing of my mortgage so I could pay out my ex-wife and keep the house which I have now lived in for the past 3 years. This time around a major bank let me down again, despite my having a clean credit record and having a mortgage with them that I have been paying off on my own for over 12 months. I know for certain that if it were not for Irene and Joey I would not be living in my own home. They are always helpful and professional and it was their follow up that ensured my loan got approved.
