Iszac promptly contacted me a few months before the interest-only term of my investment loans expired, to allow enough time for the refinancing process to complete before the loans reverted to P&I. The initial data collection process was very straightforward and he always answered my questions very promptly, even after-hours and on weekends. The Loan Strategy Statement he prepared was very detailed and informative, highlighting the reasons the proposed new lenders had been selected, with interest rates and IO terms being significantly better than those from my previous lenders.
