Jack Ormerod helped us with finance for our next property. His attentiveness, expertise and the ability to move quickly and get us the best result possible was quite amazing. Jack made sure he was always a week ahead of any deadlines. He actually had our finance fully approved within 3 days of our initial meeting, even when the finance clause was 28 days. This allowed us to move into our new property sooner than expected, which really worked well for us. We can’t recommend Jack enough and will definitely be passing his details onto anyone that we know of needing any financial assistance. Jack, you really are great at what you do and can’t appreciate you enough for how you have helped us through the whole finance process. We won’t ever use anyone else in the future!

The initial experience purchasing our first home with Jack was smooth and without issue. However, when we later reviewed our loan after dropping below 80% LVR and finding more competitive rates, the communication became centred on commission rather than client outcomes. Repeated calls and messaging felt like pressure to remain in a less competitive loan. Disappointing and unprofessional end to the relationship.
