I have now taken out two seperate Morgage’s on two seperate properties with Jacob and zilch. In addition I have remortgaged on one of those properties. Jacob was recommended to me and has provided exceptional assistance, advice and superb support through this process spanning over 12yrs. The most important part of what Jacob does is the way he structures the loans to suit our needs. This was not obvious until I really needed the Morgage to be flexible at a critical time. The way it was set up worked really well allowing me to control my payments, and this was coupled with his advice relating to how to work with the structure to provide this flexibility.
