I am grateful to have received our first loan at a bank that we like, at a good rate. Juanita and Jacqui were very friendly but I didn't learn much about our other options. I also had an approximate borrowing power provided after broker assessment which in reality ended up being around 30% less that forecasted. That made it stressful and challenging to pivot once we put in an offer for a house outside our capacity. Jacquie helped us outside working hours with some documentation which was great. I get the feeling this team is very busy and I think the attention to detail and service could have been better, but appreciate the outcome.
